Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Arabastta SARL (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any person making a purchase via the website www.arabastta.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

2. Products

The products offered are those described on the website. The Seller strives to present products as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes (HT). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout according to the regulations in force. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via a secure platform (Payzone). Accepted payment methods include local and international bank cards.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a period of 7 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except in specific cases.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the product is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

9. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

10. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and will remain confidential.

11. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
