1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

You provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
Note: Since most items are handcrafted and made to order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, unless otherwise agreed.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade and personalized products, the following cannot be returned:

Items bought on final sale or during special promotions
